Do you want to know what mindfulness and meditation is and how it could benefit you? Are you looking for ways to live a calmer, more relaxed and positive life?
This five session course is for beginners, those new to mindfulness and meditation. Each session will provide information about the benefits of practising mindfulness and meditation and will include exercises that can be continued between sessions.
If you want to start a practise of mindfulness and meditation, or you just want to explore some of the tools to help you lead a calmer, more relaxed and positive life, then this is for you. As it’s an introduction, no experience is necessary, just an open mind and open heart.

Exchange £45 for the course.
Your £5 ticket acts as deposit for this series of sessions, the balance to be paid in CASH on or before the first session please.
