Shipping FAQ’s

Shipping FAQ’s

Where do you ship?

We are based in the UK, but ship internationally as well. Please note international shipping is expensive, but we will always endeavour to find the most cost effective way to ship. If you see something on our website or social media pages that you would like to purchase, please contact us for a shipping price. We will then send you an invoice via Stripe to make the purchase.

Import and VAT duties are at the expense of the customer.

How long will it take to get my order?

We usually process orders within 48 hours of the order being placed, Monday – Friday. During busy periods we may take slightly longer to dispatch, and if we are away at a supplier picking out new crystals, we will dispatch the next working day. Updates on our crystal buying activities can be found on our Facebook page.

Please note, Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times on Tracked 24 and 48 post. This is our preferred method of shipping as it is tracked and insured. Collection by Royal Mail is from our studio, and is collected next working day from arranging a collection.

If you have not received your parcel after three weeks of dispatch, please get in touch with us and we can log a dispute with Royal Mail and issue a refund.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 days depending on local customs and import procedures.

How much is shipping?

We use Royal Mail tracked 24 or tracked 48 for shipping in the UK.

Parcels weighing under 2 kilos will cost £4.50. Parcels over 2 kilos will be charged at the current Royal Mail prices.

International Shipping is calculated based on your country and the parcel value.

Do you offer free shipping?

We don’t offer free shipping as free shipping is never really “free” on any internet site. The cost of shipping is built into each item price, so would mean that if you buy more than one item, then you end up paying shipping multiple times. We much prefer to charge a competitive price for our items, and charge only a single price for shipping.

The price you pay online is the same price you will pay for an item in our shop / studio. There is more time involved in processing online orders, therefore we do charge for shipping. We thank you for your understanding.
