Every so often, Tracy and Louise bring The Crystal Tree to you with one of our Live Crystal Showcases on Facebook.
Our Lives are a relaxed way to discover new arrivals, unusual finds and hand-picked crystals and minerals that may not yet have made it onto the website or into the shop.
We'll show each piece individually, tell you a little about it and give you the opportunity to claim anything that catches your eye.
Whether you're looking for something in particular or simply fancy spending an evening looking at beautiful crystals with us, you're very welcome to join us.

How Our Live Crystal Showcases Work
During each Live, we'll show you crystals and minerals one at a time, giving you a good look at each piece and sharing information about what you're seeing.
Each item will have its own number and price. If you'd like to buy something, simply comment SOLD followed by the item number while we're showing it.
Because there can be a slight delay between what we see and what you see on Facebook, the successful claim will always be the first one that appears on our screen.
Once the Live has finished, please send us a message on WhatsApp. We'll confirm your items, arrange payment and calculate any postage required.
Please only claim an item if you intend to purchase it.
Payment & Delivery
After the Live, we'll confirm your purchases and send you a secure SumUp payment link.
If your items need to be posted, we'll calculate the delivery cost based on your order. Alternatively, you're very welcome to collect your purchases from our shop in Ross-on-Wye.
International shipping can also be arranged, with postage calculated individually according to destination, parcel size and weight.

Why Join Us Live?
Our Live Crystal Showcases give us the chance to share pieces that you may not otherwise see online.
Buying trips often bring us unusual finds, one-off pieces and new arrivals, and a Live gives us the opportunity to show them properly - turning them around, showing the details and answering questions as we go.
It's also a lovely opportunity to spend an evening with us, have a chat and enjoy discovering what has arrived at The Crystal Tree.
You don't need to buy anything to join us - you're always welcome to simply come along and watch.
Our Approach to Pricing
We believe in pricing our crystals fairly from the beginning.
We don't inflate prices simply so that we can regularly offer discounts or run constant sales. When we choose our stock, we consider what each piece has cost us, its quality and what we believe is a fair price for our customers.
Most of our crystals are hand-picked by us on buying trips or chosen carefully from trusted suppliers, and we'd rather offer them at a price we're comfortable with from the outset.
We may occasionally reduce particular pieces, but sales and discounts aren't a regular part of how we work.
Quite simply, we'd rather give you a fair price every day than make you wait for a sale.
