Mini Crystal Meditation

This was recorded live on Facebook in 2020, but i think the recording is ok and good enough to share here. Since my original post, i have since managed to rotate the video and crop it slightly so that you do not have to hear me waffling on before the meditation!

Before you hit the play button, grab a crystal you would like a message from, make yourself comfortable, then focus on the breathe as you start to relax.

Unfortunately, I had the camera in the wrong orientation…oops! But if you close your eyes and listen, it doesn’t matter. The actual meditation starts at 7 mins 30 seconds.

This is just a short meditation, something I do when I want a quick message from a crystal.
