Description

Rose Quartz Mini Angel

These little Rose Quartz Mini Angels stand approximately one inch tall and are individually carved and polished from natural Rose Quartz.

Each angel is slightly different. Their colouring ranges from very pale, almost translucent pink through to milkier and deeper shades, with the natural cloudiness, inclusions and internal features that give Rose Quartz its individual character.

A Pink Variety of Quartz

Rose Quartz is the familiar pink variety of Quartz, composed primarily of silicon dioxide (SiO₂).

Its pink colour has been studied extensively and is now understood to be associated with microscopic fibrous inclusions within the Quartz. These tiny features scatter light and help create the soft, cloudy appearance characteristic of much Rose Quartz.

As a natural material, variations between these little carvings are to be expected — and are part of what makes each one unique.
